What areas do you serve?
I have lived in several parts of metro Atlanta over the last 15+ years, so I have a deep understanding of all the different pockets of Atlanta. I cover most areas of metro Atlanta, including Peachtree Corners, Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Roswell, Norcross, Berkeley Lake, Duluth, Cumming, Suwanee, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, East Cobb, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Buckhead, Tucker, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Kirkwood, Old Fourth Ward, East Atlanta, Grant Park, Midtown, Virginia Highland, Morningside, Decatur, Smyrna, Marietta, Vinings, and Mableton.

Absolutely! When I first got started, I built my business working mostly with first-time buyers. There’s something really special about walking clients through their first-ever home purchase and holding their hands through the entire process. I know the process can seem daunting, so I want to be a resource, answer every question you have, and ensure you feel comfortable with the entire process.

If you give me the opportunity to earn your business, you will find that I am super fun to work with and truly try to make the experience exciting and educational for everyone. There are no dumb questions, so I don’t ever want you to feel like you can’t ask me a question. You will also find that my work ethic is second to none and I have a high sense of urgency. If you love a house and we need to get an offer out within a few hours, that goes to the top of my priority list. If we’re in a time crunch to get your home listed, then I’m moving some appointments to make sure we can get your home on the market ASAP. Speed wins in this market, and the agents who understand this are the ones who are winning at a high level.
I value being incredibly responsive with clients. If you email, call, or text me during business hours, and I’m not working with clients in that moment, you will find that I will respond in a very timely manner, sometimes within minutes of your message. I want you to know that I’m available and will not make you chase me down for answers or information. I’m also very honest with clients. If you love a house but I have serious concerns about it, I’m going to let you know, because that’s what I’d want someone to do for me. If you want me to list your house for way higher than I know it’s worth, I’m going to be honest with you and let you know what I’m really thinking. Lastly, whatever method of communication you prefer, whether it be phone calls, emails, or text, I will adjust the way I communicate with you to best fit your needs.
