Matt was recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance and from our initial meeting, we knew he was a great agent and the right fit for us. There are not enough words to praise Matt. We had a bigger move from Florida to Georgia that ended up being a 7-month process. My husband and I had an agent in Florida where we had lived for over 20 years, but we had no idea who to reach out to in Georgia to help us find our dream home. We knew nothing about the neighborhoods, the drive to my husband’s new work location, home costs, or general knowledge about Georgia reality. I started with online research reviewing real estate agents near Atlanta. Matt caught my eye right away because he had amazing reviews, worked for an agency that I knew had a solid reputation and years of experience. I called him and received a return phone call within minutes of my initial contact. That has never changed, he has stood by our side since that phone call.
Working with Matt, you are going to find an expert that is a teacher, pays close attention to detail, guides the process flawlessly and advocates for you. We learned about different neighborhoods, social characteristics of those neighborhoods, dining, schools, recreational areas, and what type of city would best fit our family’s preferences. When looking at houses one of many things that stuck out was the immense knowledge that Matt had in seeing beyond the house, those things that as a new buyer, we would not know to look for. Some examples of this are dates/conditions of appliances such as HVAC systems, structure concerns, outdoor conditions of the home and what would need to be invested into the home. It was so insightful and helped us to make the right choice.
Matt consistently reaches out and sends reminders of tasks or important deadlines and genuinely cares about his clients. Many clients, like us, want to be friends with him after because he is just one of those people that you rarely find. Another thing that was invaluable to us was Matt breaking down pricing, closing costs, filing for homestead and taking advantage of programs offering money back on new house items such as door locks. What this resulted in was us having no confusion throughout the process and walking into our closing fully relaxed and excited. Matt has resources throughout the communities; in our case immediately helping us within a day of moving into our new home to replace some bad piping and replacing two toilets.
We are now in that dream house in a new town we LOVE, and we know we could not have done this without Matt, he goes above and beyond, and we will forever be grateful.

Matthew Meide has gone way beyond what I ever dreamed a realtor would do. My daughter and son in law worked with him when they bought their new house last year and it was on their recommendation I asked Matt to find me the perfect house-which he did. Before I arrived at the new house he took him time to come and let in contractors to do estimates and work. We met Matthew through our children’s daycare, and his warm, outgoing personality immediately made a lasting impression. After discovering he was a realtor and seeing a glowing recommendation on our neighborhood page, we reached out to explore the possibility of finding a larger home nearby.
It wasn’t long before we found a house just across the street from our neighborhood and contacted Matthew. Working with Matthew Meide was the best decision we made, besides becoming friends with him in the first place. Not only did he help us sell our house (without losing our minds), but he also found us the perfect new one in a neighborhood where our kids can actually explore nature and grow up with awesome neighbors. I love my new home! I cannot recommend Matthew Meide enough. I am a first time homebuyer and was very out of my depth through the home search and eventual closing, and Matt made it easy and indescribably less stressful. We set a price, point, an area of the city, and a timeline and Matt got to work. He has a presentation that takes you through the process step by step so you know what to expect. It was a massive weight off my shoulders. After finding a few homes, Matt gave me honest professional opinions about each of them, and then we moved on to inspections. Matt’s network of professionals is top-tier. Inspectors, agents, licensed handymen, etc., all people that I plan on using in the future when I have questions about the house. From the moment we met Matthew Meide in person, we knew we had the right person to sell our home. We initially saw Matt’s Facebook posting describing the real estate activity in our Peachtree Corners community and contacted him for advice on certain aspects of the market. Matt provided this advice freely without any expectations with sincere interest with our concerns and offered to meet in person. We inherited our beautiful home in 2018 and fully intended on moving in it once we fully retired (we live in Maryland). However, life got in the way and that wasn’t in God’s plans for us. As soon as Matt was asked to represent us in selling our home things happened! Despite our home being beautiful on the outside the inside needed some TLC and Matt informed us that it would take a family with the willingness to overlook some of its shortcomings and truly see the outstanding bones it possessed. He was right! He was persistent and consistent with our pursuit to find such a family and he did! Without putting the home “on the market”, he informed his clients of its availability and found the right family. As stated previously, we live in MD and Matt volunteered to complete many of the tasks we would have to perform as “sellers” to prepare the home for the eventual sale. I can’t say enough good things about Matthew Meide. From the very start, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and confident throughout the entire process. I had to be away for much of the due diligence period, which could have been incredibly stressful, but Matt stepped in and handled everything with such care and expertise that I never once felt like I was out of the loop.
His advice was always spot-on, and the referrals he provided were top-notch. We dealt with a difficult buyer, and Matt didn’t just navigate the situation- he fought for me. He made sure I got the concessions I needed to close the deal and always had my best interests at heart. We moved Mom down from Minnesota and had a quick turn around time with her home selling fast. He guided me every step of the way through purchase to finding a construction company for some repairs. Matthew Meide did an excellent job with the sale of my home. We tried to sell it last year through a different agent and was not able to get it sold. Mathew came in and gave us feedback on what we could do to get it sold quick. We listened to his advice, did the work and it had a lot of offers in the first few days of listing and we had it under contract within the first week and just closed a few days ago. During this time he also helped me look for a new place as well and we found a place put in a good offer and got under contract within a good timeframe and I was able to close on my new place the same day as selling my home. Mathew Meide helped me buy my first home. As a first time homebuyer I had several questions about the whole home buying process and after the first meeting we had we knew we wanted to work with him. He was very organized and thorough during his presentation. He was able to clearly explain the the state of the house market, and how the home buying process works form beginning to the end, giving us very important information. He always did his research before visiting a home once we started looking at places, he was very prepared and he knew several things not only about the house but also the area. One thing I really like about Matthew is that he always let me know his point of view, he would point out things about the house or the location that we would not realize so that was extremely helpful. Several times you are “blinded” by what you see in the pictures so it is always good to have a different perspective or opinion and he is there to give you his opinion in a very polite way. Working with Matt was a great experience, he was always available for us no matter if it was first thing in the morning or over the weekend. As an example we did all the negotiation for our house during July 4th weekend!. That day I realized that he would go to great lengths for his clients, we were having calls back and forth all weekend long.
